All our products carry a 12 months warranty. Bespoke and Custom orders are also covered with a 12 month warranty but are not covered under the distance selling reg 
Buyer pays all return postage
Most curtains such as star cloths and vision curtains have a multiple chase for hanging such as i.e eyelets, top pocket for pole system, Velcro straps or left plain. They come with Velcro straps as standard unless stated by the customer in writing
Certain vision curtains are available on SD format or PC format. Vision and LUV products comes in SD format as standard unless stated otherwise by the customer and customer requirements.

If the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 do apply what are the rights of the consumer?
Cooling off periods

Where the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply consumers have a cooling off period in which they can withdraw from the contract for any reason.

In the case of goods the cooling off period generally ends 7 working days after the day of the receipt of the goods.  

In the case of services the cooling off period generally ends 7 working days after the day upon which the order was placed. However, if the consumer agrees to the service beginning within 7 days, the cooling off period ends when the service starts.  

In certain circumstances there is a cooling off period of 3 months. 

The cooling off period and right to cancel do not, however, apply to contracts for the sale of the following goods: 

Goods made to the customer’s specification (these are known as “bespoke” goods);
Perishable goods, for example fresh food and flowers;
CDs, DVDs and tapes once the packaging has been unsealed;
Newspapers and magazines;
Betting, gaming and lotteries.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

REFUNDS

You are entitled to a full refund if the item you purchased is faulty within 2 weeks of delivery. If the item fails within 12 months, We will replace/repair the item at our expense. Return postage is always payable by the customer. 

DELIVERY

All goods are shipped within 7 working days. Certain items may take up to 2 weeks. You will be notified within 24hrs if this is the case with your order
